This elegant ewer is crisply molded on each side with a lively dragon and a soaring phoenix amidst swirling cloud scrolls, framed by a beaded border around the medallions. The vessel is fitted with a short waisted neck, surmounted by a lipped mouth, and flanked by an elegantly curved spout and a loop handle extending from the shoulder to the rim. The body is covered overall in a soft, translucent Qingbai glaze.
