“The paper is slowly built up with lines, squares, circles, dots, squiggles, strokes, nests and webs of colored line, cloud-like forms, washes of intermittent streams and patches of paint. Some black-and-white, others brightly coloured. There is an exuberance conveying sheer delight in just painting without an identifiable subject of reference.”
