Robert Langenegger is known for his satirical and subversive works. His non-conformist art employs allegory and a darkly humorous approach to question “high art” critiquing systems of power and societal structures. A subtle element in his work “Mal al Din”: translated as “The Wealth of Religion,” deepens the narrative, inviting viewers to reflect on the role of religion, wealth, and morality in shaping societal impression.
