Affixed with a dataplate marked VV-XVI with s/n 45963 suffix D.
Cabinet design produced in 1909-1912 larger than the previous model with the absence of filigree trim from previous cabinet design, and with the appearance of ornate hand-carved corner posts. Small continuing improvements to the motor and hardware were made with these L-shaped cabinets, and these incremental changes were indicated by the inclusion of a “C” or “D” suffix on the dataplate.
