Alternating motifs of blooming flowers and auspicious Buddhist emblems. The barbed rim is gently notched and delicately outlined with dark blue underglaze lines. The reverse is decorated with simple stylized “tassel” and “cash coin” motifs around the outer wall. Areas of kiln grit adhesion are visible to the foot.
