Elegantly potted body rising from a short, slightly splayed foot to a tall waisted neck and flared mouth, vividly enamelled in tones of green and iron-red with panels depicting courtly figures engaged in leisurely pursuits amidst pavilions, pine trees, and rockwork, alternating with floral medallions of lotus blooms and foliage scrolls. The neck is encircled with registers of stylized plantain leaves, ruyi-head bands, and foliate scrolls above. The design is framed within underglaze-blue trellis borders. The base inscribed with an apocryphal six-character Wanli mark within double circles.
